Storm command: Sword of Fire
Sword of fire is a miscellaneous spell. It is used to create a sword from ether and fire. If successful the sword will be useable as a weapon for a duration of time not to excede twenty minutes.
It uses 150 gp.

I don't think something like that should be a stormlord command. But if they were to wield flame itself and use it as a sword, then sure. But that in itself is odd.
Anyhow, this should be more of an enchant that anyone can have done somewhere and somehow.

I like the idea of adding specials to weapons under an enchant item system, but I just do not see that coming anytime soon.
The concept of a fire sword would give storms another skill to workup and training of edge would be common again. Thieves already have massive pointed, druids are bound to their staves, and storms would be better off with a specific tool of destruction. By adding a skill dependent summon, storms would never be without a weapon unless they let their gp lax.
