Thief command: Smoke <target>
Field of smoke is a sneaking skill. It is used to walk through rooms without the possibility of being perceived. If successful the thief will be able to walk through a limited number of rooms without being seen.

It uses 100 gp.

This command would be highly useful and would only require a noset to room entry commands, from target, for a set stamina usage (stamina is still background and set to max, but the counter could be turned on for this).

While invisibility seems impossible to do, changing someone's form into a mist for a short period of time seems less difficult. The mobs and players will still see the mist and be on edge. A player could easily guess which player it is and do an area attack to break the form. The thief in the mist form should not be able to do anything other than move and execute the start of a gcommand while in that form. There would be a 1s delay between starting a command and leaving the form. This may or may not be enough time to do a backstab. Perhaps higher ranks get more delay.

I like this smoke idea. Turn the character into a whiff of smoke that gives a "you can not attack smoke" message if any type of attack happens. This command could be used to scout, initiate backstabs, run (once engaged combat makes movement hard), and mess with your enemies. Give the command break combat (as form changes), random change backs (what is the fun if timer is some constant), and a scent message.
