Quest Items Requiring User To Be The Same As Tag

There has been quite a few quest items turned in by people who did little more than take them from the guild boxes lately. Beyond the scope of why there are turnin quests that give experience, shouldn't quests require all items to hold the tag of the person who killed the mob carrying the item (or used the key to get the item)? We already have tags for guildbox identification.

This makes sense to me. This might be because I am opposed to cheapening my character by doing actions that lack hack and slash. This might be because I didn't put this means in (without quest checking) just so I could add experience without working for it. I am surprised that the old timers (like Pika and Metallica) haven't gone nuts over people doing this type of action.

Free lunches just cheapen the realm. There should be one set path for everybody.
